A sample of 899 Colombian adults was studied, of whom 606 were problem drug users between 18 and 73 years of age and 293 were non-consumers between the ages of 18 and 60. All of them answered the questionnaire developed by Nuevos Rumbos Corporation to evaluate 12 categories of disorders, diseases, symptoms, or syndromes (DDSS) and life time, last year, and last month prevalence of consumption of nine legal and illegal psychoactive substances (PAS).
